"Mouse with Acorn"

Mouse with Acorn

A netsuke of a mouse eating an acorn. (Netsuke) Mouse is manzanita root wood with oil paints and cowhorn and water buffalo horn inlays. Acorn is fossilized Alaskan coral (shell) and maple wood with oil paints (meat). Tomobako is two stylized leaves made of walnut wood with oil paint and cowhorn inlays.

Length of netsuke: 2 1/8 "
